Callaway-Zachry
Mrs. Bessie Callaway of West Point, Ga., announces the marriage of her daughter, Sarah Pope, to Mr. George Huguley Zachry, the marriage having taken
place Wednesday afternoon, November 27, at the First Baptist church, Atlanta.
Rev. T. M. Callaway, of Fitzgerald, an uncle of the bride, performed the ceremony. It was a very quiet occasion, and only the immediate family was present.
The bride wore a tailor suit of dark-blue cloth, with hat to match, and a corsage bouquet of Palma violets and valley lilies.
They will go east on a wedding trip and, after December 5, will be at home in West Point, Ga.
The bride is quite popular all over Georgia, and has made many friends in Atlanta by her gracious manner and sunny nature.
Mr. Zachry is a popular young business man of West Point, and has many warm friends who will welcome them home.
